Sura Al Zahid holds a Bachelor degree in materials engineering. She excels in business and training delivery. Since 2019, she's been a finance and administration consultant for NGOs. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English,. She has collaborated internationally with firms. Sura epitomizes professionalism and financial acumen.

Ahmed Sameer
Ahmed Sameer a seasoned entrepreneur and business expert, is an Entrepreneurship Trainer at Eduba Center for Human and Organizational Development. With 10 years of experience in starting and growing businesses, Ahmed is passionate about sharing their expertise and helping others succeed in the world of entrepreneurship.
In addition to their work as an Entrepreneurship Trainer, Ahmed is an active member of the local business community and a sought-after speaker and mentor. They have been invited to speak at a number of entrepreneurship and business events, and have provided mentorship to numerous aspiring entrepreneurs.

Khaldoon Al Moosawi
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Mercy Hands.
He has led the effort to sustain and develop the three humanitarian organizations (Mercy Hands Iraq, Mercy Hands Europe and Mercy Hands America) that have implemented many projects targeting millions of people, with the majority being displaced people or refugees. Through multiple projects over the years, Dr. Al-Moosawi has been able to build trustful relations with donors and partners.

Program Manager
Martina Piccinelli
Martina is the Program Coordinator of EmpowerLink: Global Placement & Exchange, an Eduba Center initiative incubated by Mercy Hands. She coordinates two-way internship pathways—placing expat early-career professionals with Iraqi CSOs and opening short-term international opportunities for young Iraqi professionals. Martina holds a Master’s in Middle Eastern Studies (30/30 cum laude) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a B.A. in International Cooperation and Development from the University of Bologna. Her experience spans humanitarian education with Azione Contro la Fame, proposal and policy support with Trust Consultancy, research, M&E, donor engagement, and logistics. She has volunteered on inclusive education and youth programs in Cambodia, Peru, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. A child-protection and gender-sensitive practitioner, Martina excels at cross-cultural communication, operations, risk management, and partner management. She is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, with conversational German and Arabic. Martina brings analytical rigor, warmth, and high accountability to every partnership engagement.
