ABOUT EDUBA CENTER
Capacity Building for Individuals and Institutions
Eduba Center is an educational and vocational training center
established in Baghdad in 2021. Eduba Center was established by Mercy Hands as a standalone
for-profit business. Eduba Center is affiliated to Mercy Hands but it has its own management
and it functions independent of Mercy Hands.
Mercy Hands’ years of experience in training and capacity building of individuals and
institutions was transferred to Eduba Center. Eduba Center operates through a nationwide
network of qualified trainers, delivering tailored and learner-centered training services
accredited by MOLSA, in both in-person and on-online modality, focusing on educational and
vocational trainings for the youth, business trainings, capacity building for individuals,
organizations and institutions, psychological support and life skills, regularly updating and
expanding our range of services for meeting beneficiaries’ needs.
In addition to delivering educational and vocational training tailored to the needs of the
individuals and institutions, Eduba offers other services such as capacity assessment of staff and
organizations, performance evaluation, designing work strategy, writing proposals, and
developing policies and standard operating procedures.
